'I really want to talk to you Graypaw!' whispers 'I really like you Graypaw, and I wanted to know if you like me too.' returns to normal volume 'If you heard any of that Fawnpaw, please don't tell anyone.' ~Lightpaw~
Lightpaw, noticing Fawnpaw looks uncomfortable, asks 'What's wrong Fawnpaw? Is something wrong with me liking Graypaw?' To Graypaw 'Graypaw!!!! do you or don't you like me???' ~Lightpaw~
"No, I like you... a lot. But if you like Bengalpelt..." he stopped. I like her a lot but is it worth it to risk her life to be with me? He asked himself. ~Graypaw
"But Graypaw what about-" she stopped when he gave a warning glance. ~Fawnpaw
'I really like you Graypaw, but if there's someone else you like more than me that's ok. I like you more than Bengalpelt though.' to Fawnpaw 'What about who?' ~Lightpaw~
(He and Silverpaw are really good friends, and they both came from a horrible rouge clan and they are afraid that them being here would harm their new clanmates, especially if they get mates, though there is nothing going on between Silverpaw and Graypaw)
"No, I don't like anyone else. You are the only she-cat I think about." He meowed honestly. ~Graypaw
"About nothing." She meowed, though she didn't look at Lightpaw. "Graypaw will tell you when he's ready." She added quietly and got up and padded outside. ~Fawnpaw
(Lightpaw does like Bengalpelt too though. will that be a problem? how will she choose between them....?) 'Wow, thanks Graypaw. Um, I really like you, but I'm pretty sure Bengalpelt likes me too. I really like both of you. I don't know how I could choose between you two.' ~Lightpaw~
He was silent for a few heartbeats and then nodded. "I don't want to see you hurt, so whatever tom you like, I will accept it, even if it's not me. As long as you're happy, I'm happy," he meowed. ~Graypaw
'I don't know if you're the right one for me Graypaw. I don't think I'm the right cat for you. Spiritwolf really likes you though, and I think she is the one for you. You would be happier with her than with me. I think Bengalpelt would be a better mate for me, because I think the two of us would clash if we were together, Graypaw, and it wouldn't work out. You deserve someone who will love you unconditionally and forever, and I don't think I'm that cat. I think Spiritwolf is the perfect cat for you, and it hurts to say this, but I think she was destined to be your mate. I could never compete with Spiritwolf.'
'And as for me and Benaglpelt, well I think that he is probably the best match for me, and we will suit each other.'
'You don't need to worry about me being hurt. You can love whoever you wish to, without worrying over my feelings. I would hope that we can accept each other's decisions without grudges or sorrow. I don't want to see you hurt either.' ~Lighpaw~
His eyes shown pain for a heartbeat as Lightpaw spoke. He loved her deeply but it was her wish to be with Bengalpelt and he respected that. He stood up, waking up Silverpaw. He bent down and licked Lightpaw's ear. "I love you Lightpaw, and I always will. I will never be my mate and I understand that but to me you are my best friend, I will always be here for you." He meowed. He had always had a small feeling for Spiritwolf but nothing big. Was he ready to move onto the pretty light brown tabby? Would he be able to easily forget his first love? He closed his eyes, dismissing his thoughts. He then shook his pelt, as if he just pulled himself out of the water and padded outside of the apprentices den. ~Graypaw
Her eyes shown hurt and confusion. She could tell something was wrong with Graypaw and she couldn't help but feel a bit of sympathy for him. She turned to Lightpaw. "What happened?" She asked, yawning. ~Silverpaw
(No, I didn't even say anything that said he liked Spiritwolf, he hasn't met her or anything, lol) "Doesn't sound like it." She meowed. "I have been friends with Graypaw since we were kits. I know when something is wrong with him." Irritation clearly showing in her voice. "I haven't seen him this upset since..." She stopped. "Never mind." She quickly finished. ~Silverpaw

(silverpaw being bitter towards lightpaw would be really confusing!! sorry i assumed graypaw liked spiritwolf - i thought the plot twist was ok with you. also... silverpaw hasn't seen graypaw this upset since when?)
(Okay, I won't, and no Graypaw hasn't talked to her, and the plot was okay with me, and Silverpaw, and Graypaw were through a really rough past together and Fawnpaw met them before they arrived in ShimmeringClan when Fawnpaw was a loner, and she knows, and Silverpaw and Hraypaw really care about each other, and there parents were both killed, and yeah, it's confusing but I always use that past for Silverpaw & Graypaw, lol)
bluepaw sits at the edge of the apprentice's den watching the cat in the clearing.wondering were her mentor was..as she waited she thought about icepaw and that confused her.why can't i stop thinking about him???she thought.getting up she paded over to the entrence before padding in the derection of the forest.to catch some prey for the elders.
He padded in, close to Silverpaw. He flopped down in a nest and pulled it closer, cleaing her pelt.
