Sandstar leaped on the Shimmerstone. "We have a new cat joiing us today! Her name is Rapidpaw!" He survaysed the cats below him. "I Shall mentor her! Odysseypaw, please help her with that ant problem." H leaped down from his stone.
Rapidpaw's eyes shone bright, she suddenly had a flash from the past, her first apprentice ceremony, sunrises before everything was snatched away. She shook her head, forcing a smile, her ice blue eyes glazed slightly.
Rapidpaw was pulled back to the present, her smile more real this time but part of her was still caught in the memory, she nodded and held out her paw, sniffing the mouse bile she was pulled into another memory, where she and her brother were kits, playing in the medicine cat den, she had thrown mousebile on him and he in return had thrown some at her.
Snowsong looked at Rapidpaw, wishing she could have been Rapidpaw's mentor.

Odysseypaw padded forward, with some mouse bile. She set down the wad of moss. "Let me take a look at that paw." she meowed kindly and happily.
