Sandstar leaped on highrock. "Three cats have joined us! Rainefall and Darkwinter are warriors! Featherpaw is an apprentice, and his mentor will be Barktooth!" he meowed.

(I didnt put Rapidpaw up here because she's kind of joining on the post before this one so.....)
Darkwinter smiled at Rainefall. He hoped they could become close.
ReplyDeleteRainefall blinked slowly at Darkwinter and Featherpaw glanced at each other for a brief moment, before glancing up at their new leader, their eyes glistening.Rainefall stood up proudly with gratitude, Featherpaw matching her posture." Congrats." She breathe in Fatherpaw's ear.Featherpaw, looked away a bit embarrassed but was optimistic.Rainefall nudged Featherpaw with her tail tip in a gesture for him to go touch noses with his mentor.Featherpaw had almost forgotten, and trecked his paws upwards, lettign them carry him to Barktooth, bowing his head in respect before touching noses with the cat.
ReplyDeleteBarktooth smiled, a hint of happyness in his blind eyes, but inside he was nervous. How will i train an apprentice when I only have three legs? he asked himself worriedly.
ReplyDeleteFeatherpaw sat next to his mentor." I'm glad your my mentor." He breathed, even though he ahrdly knew the tom.Rainefall watched Featherpaw, pleased.Her eyes wandered iver to Barktooth and observed the tom, she sensed something different about him, something rare.
ReplyDeleteBarktooth smiled. "Im glad to have an apprentice." he meowed calmly. He was pleased that Sandstar had given him the chance to mentor a young cat, dispite the fact that he cant obseve them.
ReplyDelete"When do we began?" He asked, determined and excited.Only to bow his head apologetically with a stern look from Rainefall.Rainefall stood up and stretched her long legs, her tortioseshell pelt glistening, her eyes glowing with passion and pleasure.

ReplyDeleteDarkwinter looked around, wishing he could be as close to a cat as Rainefall and Featherpaw were.
Featherpaw's eyes lit up instantly."Really?" He rasped excitedly and quickyl stood up, eagerness expressing in his eyes.
ReplyDeleteRainefall chuckled as she danced to Featherpaw's side." Let's see what you've learned from before.." She purred sitting next to Barktooth, her eyes narrowing to the sky.
Barktooth nodded. "Sounds good. Lets go to the Soft Leaf Hallow. Rainefall, you can come to, itll help to have another opinion."

ReplyDeleteFeatherpaw bounced excitedly." First training already, after moments of becoming an apprentice!" He mewed.Rainefall shook her head playfully.
"C'mon." Barktooth meowed, turning around and leading out the camp entrance.
